We are currently hiriing for Remote Data Entry Operators at our Healthcare client. This is 100% Remote but must sit in CST timezone per client requirement. Please inquire if you are outside of CST as we may have other opportunities open up as well. Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM CST Pay Rate: $18-19/hr depending on the position Start Date: typically 2-3 weeks from offer 100% Remote US CST - equipment is provided • Track and process various change requests forms and requests received through the member portal and other system queues timely and accurately • Process provider termination requests by performing membership moves and initiate termination letter requests to affected membership • Manually process provider selections for members unable to assign through the health plan's auto •assignment systematic process • Track and report provider selection errors demonstrated by call center representatives • Retrieve and process all incoming returned mail • Process all provider and member first time claims Typing score is 60WPM minimum with 95% accuracy however other positions may be available if doesn't meet 60WPM.
