Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational goals.

? Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.

? Ensure accurate documentation and timely movement of materials.

? Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations.

? Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to support business needs.

? Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements.

? Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Qualifications:

?Fluent in Spanish & English & Previous manufacturing supervisory experience required.

? Strong leadership and team management skills.

? Knowledge of inventory systems, shipping/receiving processes.

? Excellent communication and organizational skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

? Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance.
