THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

We are hiring Line Cook, Prep Cook, Counter/Bar, and Support roles for both AM and PM shifts. Please indicate which role(s) you are interested in.

Food & Beverage

Complete tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes

Ensure proper storage and rotation of products

Minimize waste and maximize usage by following recipes and safety standards

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation daily

Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently

Practice proactive hospitality and attention to detail in service

Know the menu thoroughly, including ingredients, preparation, and allergens

Listen to customer feedback and strive to exceed expectations

Culture

REQUIREMENTS //

MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER

Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team

Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality

Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)

Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
