Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, campus-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy violations; Respond to alarms, calls for service, and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing initial assistance and coordinating with campus personnel and/or emergency services as needed; Control access at assigned posts by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials when required, and documenting visitor activity in accordance with site requirements; Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoffs, and communicate notable observations to supervision and site contacts
