Aramark - - Responsibilities: Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly; Adhere to and maintain preparation and production guidelines; Ensure timely, efficient meal service and all guidelines are met; Prints and distribute recipes and trains inmates on proper cooking procedures; Direct inmates in the use of recipes and train on proper cooking procedures
