O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships; Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery; Route delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries; Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store; Assist on front counter and in backroom duties as needed
