Job Description:
As a Dynamics365 Developer, you will serve as both a hands-on senior developer and technical lead responsible for enhancing, modernizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. You will provide expert technical direction, lead solution design, manage complex troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to ongoing cloud-readiness and reporting modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a hands-on developer and technical lead responsible for end-to-end solution design and delivery.
• Develop customizations within Dynamics 365 CE including C# plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript form logic, entity/table customizations, and model-driven app enhancements.
• Develop and optimize FetchXML-based queries and SSRS RDL reports.
• Support modernization activities for on-premise to cloud transition including code remediation and solution restructuring.
• Migrate or redesign SSRS reports using FetchXML RDL, Power BI, or paginated reporting tools.
• Provide architectural guidance on solution components, integrations, customizations, and performance best practices.
• Implement integrations using Dataverse APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or approved enterprise patterns.
• Ensure code quality, security alignment, and adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and project leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide expert-level troubleshooting support.
• Stay current with Power Platform capabilities and expand knowledge in Power BI and cloud technologies.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 5-7 years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions as a senior developer or technical lead.
• Expertise in C# plugin development, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, FetchXML design, and SSRS RDL report development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration including model-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud versions of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for ALM, pipelines, versioning, and deployments.
• Ability to work independently and own solutions from design through deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to expand skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and new Dynamics 365/Dataverse features.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynamics CRM on-premise and cloud migration efforts.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Dataverse Web API, OData, or REST-based integrations.
• Exposure to solution segmentation, cloud governance, and enterprise ALM frameworks.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
