HWY Express is adding drivers to support long-haul freight assignments operating throughout the continental United States. This position is designed for CDL A professionals seeking steady mileage production, assigned tractors, and predictable dispatch planning.
Freight moves primarily through contracted customer lanes with a strong drop-and-hook percentage. Drivers operate across established traffic corridors rather than irregular spot-market freight. Load planning is centralized to maintain mileage consistency while protecting scheduled home intervals.
Earnings & Orientation
Drivers in this division typically generate $1,325 and $1,525 weekly, depending on dispatched miles. All compensated miles are paid according to company guidelines. A $1,000 onboarding payment is issued during orientation for qualified drivers. An additional $1,000 hiring incentive is available and distributed per policy.
Optional per diem participation is available.
Assigned Equipment
• Automatic Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors
• Company-installed APUs
• Power inverters and built-in refrigerators
• Electronic logging devices
• Standard dry van trailers maintained on preventative service schedules
Tractors are assigned rather than slip-seated. Fleet maintenance is coordinated through scheduled intervals to support operational reliability.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum six months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
