Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Maintain a security booth and complete records using shift activity log; Respond to emergencies according to established guidelines and coordinate with Security leadership; Greet guests with a positive, upbeat attitude upon entry and exit; Perform walking and/or driving escorts as assigned and roam the parking lot; Maintain crowd control in a calm and positive manner and escalate issues to Security leadership as needed
