Acadia Healthcare - 14514 Cable Bridge Road - Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or group instruction/assistance to patients on a daily basis.; Provide assistance with program activities.; Monitor and document individual behaviors using specific and descriptive terms accurately (i.e., behavior changes, accidents, seizures, etc.).; Encourage individuals to be independent and attend and participate in assigned activities.; Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
