Five Guys - - Responsibilities: Lead high energy shifts and run high performing shifts; Coach and train Team Members on proper procedures on each shift; Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant to ensure Five Guys standards; Be a Guest advocate and communicate needs to Team Members to assure Guest satisfaction during shift; Manage labor cost, waste monitoring, sales and costs of goods; monitor daily cash procedures; provide inventory data and report to General Manager
