We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Order Specialist to join our global logistics team. In this role, you will be the primary engine behind our international order fulfillment, ensuring that products move seamlessly across borders and reach our global customers on time.
The ideal candidate possesses a foundation in export documentation, a mastery of ERP systems, and the ability to navigate the complexities of international trade with precision.
salary: $19 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of export customer orders, from initial entry to final delivery.
- Coordinate the movement of goods through the export process, working closely with the export team and freight forwarders.
- Prepare and audit essential export documents to ensure compliance with international regulations and customs requirements.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Salesforce to track orders, manage customer data, and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve logistics bottlenecks, documentation discrepancies, or shipping delays to maintain high service levels.
- Adhere to cGMP and quality system standards to ensure product integrity throughout the supply chain.
