We're seeking a hands-on Fabrication Shop Supervisor to lead a fast-paced ASME code vessel and piping shop. Our client is a well-established Gulf Coast fabrication and machine shop with 45+ years of delivering high-spec pressure vessels, piping, and process equipment to industrial and energy clients. What You'll Do:

• Lead welders, fitters, and shop personnel to hit production targets
• Ensure all work meets ASME Section VIII & IX standards
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity across multiple active jobs
• Coordinate with engineering, QC, and project teams
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and keep jobs moving

What You Bring:

• 5+ years supervising in a fabrication or pressure vessel shop
• Strong ASME code experience (vessels and/or piping)
• Deep knowledge of welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW)
• Ability to read prints, manage workflow, and lead from the front
