Job Details

Deli Line Cook Responsibility includes:

• Ability to follow recipes/Customer service
• Cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing food.
• Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods.
• Broiling, sautéing, frying, or baking meats, poultry, and fish.
• Preparing sauces, marinades, soups, stocks, and salads.
• Preparing and cooking food in a specific station.
• Cleaning up prep areas.
• Washing dishes & cleaning floors
• Making sure the kitchen is stocked.
• Maintaining a sanitized work environment.
• Follow Health Department Regulations
