- Operating manual and CNC equipment with precision and consistency
- Reading and executing detailed technical instructions without shortcuts
- Inspecting and verifying parts using precision measurement tools
- Troubleshooting production or equipment issues independently
- Hitting production targets without sacrificing quality
- Maintaining accurate documentation and process control

What We Expect
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of post-secondary education/training (or equivalent technical aptitude)
- Strong mechanical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Comfort with math, measurements, and precision work
- High personal standards and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must pass mechanical aptitude test, drug screen, and background check

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday | 3PM-11:30PM
- Starting at $16.00 per hour
