We're hiring disciplined, detail-driven individuals ready to transition into precision manufacturing. If you've excelled in fast-paced environments, taken ownership during high-pressure situations, trained others, solved technical problems, or consistently outperformed expectations — your experience translates here. This is for individuals who take pride in mastering skills, improving systems, and being counted on when it matters. No manufacturing background required. We provide structured, hands-on technical training. What we can't train is work ethic, focus, and accountability — that's what we're looking for.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Operating manual and CNC equipment with precision and consistency
Reading and executing detailed technical instructions without shortcuts
Inspecting and verifying parts using precision measurement tools
Troubleshooting production or equipment issues independently
Hitting production targets without sacrificing quality
Maintaining accurate documentation and process control
This role rewards individuals who:
Catch mistakes before others see them
Stay calm under pressure
Improve efficiency without compromising standards
Take ownership instead of making excuses
Who Thrives Here
Top performers in backgrounds such as:
Shift Managers, Team Leads, and High-Volume Service Professionals
Recent grads who want real-world, skill-based careers
If you've ever been the person others rely on during rushes, technical issues, or high-responsibility moments — this environment will feel familiar, but more stable and career-focused.
What We Expect
Associate's degree or 2+ years of post-secondary education/training (or equivalent technical aptitude)
Strong mechanical reasoning and problem-solving ability
Comfort with math, measurements, and precision work
High personal standards and attention to detail
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Must pass mechanical aptitude test, drug screen, and background check
We are selective. We invest heavily in training and promote based on performance, reliability, and skill mastery.
