Job Title: Systems Control Engineer

Location: Olive Branch, MS 38654 (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months (Contract Only)

Position Summary:

Seeking a Systems Control Engineer to lead configuration, programming, and system validation efforts for a new electric Power Take-Off (ePTO) product. This role requires strong expertise in control systems, system integration, and electro-mechanical interactions, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support customers during installation and startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration, programming, and validation of the electric PTO (ePTO) system.
• Analyze and evaluate system dynamics across mechanical and electrical subsystems.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot controller logic and system parameters.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Provide direct customer support for installation, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting.
• Document system designs, configurations, and updates in accordance with company standards.
• Deliver remote support during product installation and startup phases.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives and field issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with complex control systems and system integration.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and interactions.
• Experience with controller configuration and programming (PLC, embedded systems, or similar platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer and business support.
