This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hattiesburg, MS, for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting clients with inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns through multiple communication channels, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and collaborating with various departments to provide efficient solutions to client needs. The individual will also educate clients about available products and services to meet their insurance needs.

• Ability to provide effective Customer Support and build lasting client relationships

• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are advantageous
