Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with organizing case files and documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space
  • Provide support to attorneys and staff as needed
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required-training will be provided
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
Preferred (but not required):
