We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the Investment Banking line of business. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our business group by providing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and human resources administration, and professional support to managers and their direct reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in an administrative/professional support function, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
  • In-depth verbal & written communication skills.
  • In-depth collaboration & team skills.
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth attention to detail & organizational skills.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in banking or investment banking.
  • Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordinating, and implementing of department events.
  • Provide senior-level administrative and operational support within a large, diverse team.
  • Manage and monitor calendars and upcoming events, dispatch meeting invitations, and arrange for resources.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring business and operational reports are readily available.
  • Process invoices for payment and prepare departmental expense claims and reports.
  • Make travel arrangements, booking flight/hotel reservations as needed.
  • Liaise with internal business units and external vendors for premises and building-related matters.
  • Maintain supplies inventory and track overtime, on-call claims, staff vacations, and absences.
  • Coordinate training requirements for staff.
  • Think creatively and propose new solutions.
