Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Role Description

This counselor role is ideal for clinicians who want steady client work with added influence on care quality. You will manage a consistent caseload while supporting documentation standards and contributing to clinical discussions across the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth counseling services
• Complete diagnostic assessments and care plans
• Offer clinical input and case feedback to peers
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow Maryland ethical and practice guidelines

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master's degree in Counseling or mental health field
• Experience in outpatient or virtual care
• Strong written communication skills
• Interest in senior-level clinical responsibility
