Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to support our project management teams. This pivotal role will focus on contract negotiation, implementation, and management for successful project execution. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and supplierswhile evaluating and mitigating project risks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Utilize your expertise in project delivery systems and contract management to provide training and support to project teams on compliance with contract requirements.
  • Client Management: Engage early in the negotiation process, manage client communications, and ensure adherence to contract stipulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Subcontractor Relations: Collaborate with project and procurement teams to negotiate subcontracts, oversee performance, and provide necessary training on key subcontract terms.
  • Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain a comprehensive risk register to support project teams.
  • Claims Management: Provide proactive support for claims and disputes, ensuring proper documentation is maintained to support project objectives.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. While domestic and international travel may be necessary, the frequency will depend on specific project demands. Equivalent additional experience will also be considered in place of a degree.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is between $81,765 and $134,909, based on experience, and additional compensation may be available through discretionary bonuses.

Work Environment:

Hybrid work options may be considered for the successful candidate. Our office is located in the United States; however, specific work location arrangements will vary based on project assignments.
