Must-haves:
o PI Design: 5+ years of experience. You must balance "textbook " REST principles with real-world security and performance needs.
o NoSQL Expertise: Deep knowledge of MongoDB/DocumentDB, specifically handling advanced concepts like sharding and eventual consistency.
o WS Decision Making: High-level architectural knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Serverless vs. Containers) to choose the right tool for the job.
o Documentation & Visualization: Mastery of LucidChart and Confluence is non-negotiable; clear diagramming is considered a prerequisite for building.
o Code Literacy: While not necessarily a hands-on coder, you must be fluent in Node.js and TypeScript to audit and validate the development team's work.
