Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Ohio
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

This role is designed for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors who want to deliver consistent, meaningful care without the barriers of in-person practice. You'll support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while working within a structured remote model.

Core Duties

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth systems
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Keep thorough, timely clinical records
• Uphold state and professional practice standards
• Participate in clinical reviews and team communication

Requirements

• Active Ohio LPCC license or licensure eligibility
• Master's degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Reliable internet and private workspace
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
