CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Project Managers (Sheet Metal) with at least 10 years of sheet metal and project management experience for an upcoming project in Canton, MS. We are hiring Project Managers (Sheet Metal) who can oversee duct and equipment installation while managing crews, schedules, and budgets on active commercial jobsites. Position Details

• Full time opportunity
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Commercial construction environment
• Leadership role overseeing sheet metal crews
• Team based jobsite

Scope of Work

• Oversee all phases of duct and equipment installation
• Manage project schedules and coordinate jobsite operations
• Plan and manage project budgets
• Ensure projects meet or exceed deadlines
• Maintain jobsite safety standards
• Coordinate large crews and subcontractors
• Review drawings and project plans to guide installation
• Monitor project progress and resolve field issues

We are hiring Project Managers (Sheet Metal) with extensive sheet metal experience who can manage large scale commercial projects and maintain productivity across multiple crews.

Requirements

• Minimum at least 10 years of sheet metal experience
• Strong understanding of all phases of duct and equipment installation
• Advanced knowledge of job assembly and project coordination
• Ability to manage project budgets and plan schedules
• Experience meeting or exceeding project deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict jobsite safety standards
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing large groups of 10 to 15 or more workers
• Previous experience managing large scale commercial projects
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to commit to at least 40 hours per week
• Ability to lead teams on a commercial jobsite
• Remain drug free on the jobsite
