Estimator / Project Manager

We're seeking a confident Estimator / Project Managerto own the full preconstruction and estimating process in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to speak up when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project estimates and proposals
• Perform line-item estimating
• Define scopes and assess project risks
• Source and negotiate pricing with vendors
• Support bid decisions and proposal development
• Collaborate closely with leadership and project teams

Ideal Candidate

• Confident, direct, and decisive
• Comfortable pushing back when necessary
• Not passive or easily intimidated
• Experience in construction or industrial environments preferred
