Job Title: Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Mortgage & Insurance Support
Location: remote
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Work hours: Training will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) / Candidates must be availableto work between 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM everyday including weekends / They will have 2 days off
Adecco is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, providing support by researching and resolving loan-level inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while helping individuals navigate complex financial situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries related to mortgage loans, hazard insurance, and property loss
- Listen actively to customer concerns and demonstrate empathy while providing effective solutions
- Research issues thoroughly and ensure accurate, timely resolutions
- Take initiative to understand each customer's unique situation and tailor solutions accordingly
- Proactively identify ways to help customers avoid future challenges
- Participate in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish
- 12+ months of call center experience
- Banking, insurance or financial experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A customer-first mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow within the role
