About the job General Technician Intermediate

Qualifications:

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

• Significant knowledge of and commitment to industry-leading Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) culture
• Hands-on and mechanically inclined nature
• experience with operations and maintenance (O&M) of various fluids pumping equipment, air compressors, industrial mixers, tanks, and vessels; electrical process controls; groundwater sampling equipment; and groundskeeping equipment
• Process systems and programmable logic controller (PLC) knowledge
• Environmental systems and industrial water treatment specialization
• Hazardous waste inspections and management experience
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills, legible handwriting, and practical math competency
• Independent completion of assigned tasks and positive teamwork expectation

• Maintain a safe and environmentally compliant worksite.
• Perform O&M tasks for continued long-term performance of a groundwater and solid waste environmental remediation facility
• Work independently and within a team framework for successful completion of assigned tasks
• Perform maintenance and rebuilds of site equipment with the capability to identify failed components, recommend replacement needs, and install components per specific HSSE guidelines
• Maintain required documentation legibly, on time, and in an organized manner
