Position description:
We are seeking a Marketing Workflow Platform Specialist to join the Digital Platforms Enablement group of the Firm's Marketing team. This individual will help manage and evolve the Asana project management platform, which supports how Marketing and Communications teams manage request intake, execute on workstreams, and measure outputs across the organization.
Reporting to the Asana Product Owner, this role will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the backend architecture of Asana to improve workflow consistency, efficiency, and connectedness across Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will leverage Asana's feature suite to enable an optimal operational model for Marketing & Communications groups.

Responsibilities:
Manage the backend and administrative components of Asana, including automation rules, custom fields, project setup, intake forms, and task templates.
Oversee Asana architecture and structure for Marketing and Communications teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and taxonomy.
Conduct routine quality assurance checks to maintain platform hygiene and consistency across workspaces, including cleanup and automation validation.
Support ad hoc requests from teams while ensuring that all platform changes adhere to overall governance and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture, automation, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and anticipate risks based on a deep understanding of platform structure and Marketing operational goals.
Support build out of Asana AI automation features to improve efficiency and reporting.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Asana admin/backend experience with Asana or similar workflow management tool (Monday, ClickUp, Trello, Workfront, etc.) required
Comfortable setting up and managing platform features such as fields, automation, intake forms, and reporting dashboards
Experience using digital platforms to facilitate complex, cross-functional solutions that support specific teams while maintaining broader connectivity
Familiarity with standard Marketing organizational structure and execution models a plus
Education/certifications:
Bachelor's degree is required
Additional certifications in project management or Asana administration a plus.
