Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including storefront areas, sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards in order to help to deter loss, disruption, and other unwanted behavior; Support access and traffic flow at designated points, assist with de-escalation when needed, and communicate with local management and/or public responders during incidents
