Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a busy retail location.; Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with store personnel, visitors, and/or local responders.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and/or the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe foot traffic, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.; Support retail loss prevention efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd management, and/or helping with closing procedures and after-hours checks as directed by the location.
