Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Account Manager located in West Point, MS. The role involves managing client accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, identifying customer needs, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales activities to achieve company objectives.
