Fresenius Medical Care - 4300 West Railroad Street - Responsibilities: Provide patient care under the direct supervision of the Hemodialysis Registered Nurse for assigned patient(s) in the dialysis suite in the acute setting; Report and document all new and unusual incidents, information, complaints, or problems to the RN; Promote and assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment; Set up and prime equipment for renal replacement therapies as directed by the Fresenius Nurse; Obtain vital signs and weight; document appropriately in patient records
