A company is looking for a Director of Biostatistics Programming to lead and oversee the biostatistics programming function in support of clinical development programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the biostatistics programming function, ensuring quality oversight and complianceOversee the development and validation of statistical programs for clinical trial data analysisDrive the development and adoption of automation and process improvement initiatives in programmingRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred)10+ years of experience in statistical programming within biotech/pharma/CRO, including leadership rolesExperience leading late-phase study deliverables and supporting regulatory submissionsExpert knowledge of clinical trial statistical programming and associated documentationAdvanced proficiency in SAS and working proficiency in R or other programming tools
