A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Observational Research (Oncology).Key Responsibilities:Develop study proposals using real-world data to address key business questionsLead the design, completion, and delivery of real-world evidence (RWE) studiesFacilitate the dissemination ofRWE through presentations, publications, and trainingsRequired Qualifications:Doctorate degree and at least 2 years of related research experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of data sciences experiencePreferred doctorate degree in epidemiology or a related field with high observational research contentExperience in the ideation, design, execution, and delivery of observational research studiesResearch experience within the pharmaceutical and/or public health settingExperience working with secondary data systems (e.g., administrative claims, EHR, disease and/or drug registries)
