A company is looking for an Observational Research Senior Manager specializing in Pharmacovigilance Epidemiology, Causal Inference, and Obesity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute studies based on causal inference frameworks to support evidence generationIdentify opportunities to complement interventional studies to reduce drug development time and costsInfluence cross-functional stakeholders on the use of non-interventional research for strategic business questionsRequired QualificationsDoctorate degree with 2 years of related research experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's with 8 years, or Associate's with 10 years, or High school diploma with 12 years of experience in data sciencesDoctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with significant observational research content preferredExperience in designing and analyzing observational research studies in Pharmaceutical or Public Health settingsFamiliarity with causal inference frameworks for generating real-world evidenceExperience with secondary data systems, including administrative claims and EMR
