A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive utilization management reviews to ensure adherence to medical necessity and policy standardsApply clinical expertise and evidence-based criteria to make informed determinations and consult with physician advisors as necessaryFoster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintain meticulous documentation to meet performance standardsRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree in a Behavioral Health Discipline3 years of utilization management or behavioral health care management experience3 years of direct Behavioral Health clinical experience as an independently licensed Master's level Behavioral Health ClinicianCurrent and unrestricted clinical license in WA, OR, ID, or UT, with willingness to be licensed in multiple statesEquivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
