💰 Salary: $85K + Full Benefits

🗓 Schedule: 4-Day Work Week

📈 Reports To: Director of Operations

🔧 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and operators across production
• Drive Lean / Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
• Oversee production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and procurement
• Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Solve complex production challenges and optimize workflows

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Background in aerospace, automotive, or high-precision manufacturing preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (preferred)
