Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to optimize end-to-end production by eliminating waste & maximizing efficiency. This role will support 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) M-F.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Culture & Safety: Demonstrate safe & conscious work habits, ensuring all team members are following our Culture of Zero policies for safety & quality, while driving team member engagement within the value stream.
• Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety goals (5S, compliance) are met.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor all value stream KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 2+years manufacturing supervisory experience
• Foundation in lean/continuous improvement
• BSIE/BSME & LSSGB strongly preferred, but experience weighted over degree
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
