The Divisional Health and Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Clinton, MS. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Environment Health and Safety (EHS) policies, conducting safety training programs, and ensuring occupational health compliance across operational activities. The candidate will monitor workplace environments to identify potential risks, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and lead initiatives to create a culture of safety across the division. Routine audits, incident investigations, and providing strategic safety guidance are core aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management and implementation
• Strong ability to organize and conduct Safety Training sessions
• Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to foster a culture of safety
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the environmental or industrial services industry is advantageous
