Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands‑on training!The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full‑time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Daily:Enter work orders into computer for scheduling purposes based on direction from the dental office for each caseContact accounts with any delivery conflictsOrganize work throughout lab and deliver to departmentsVerifies the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket and other applicable notes.Assists with FedEx, UPS and USPSAnswers the telephone and provides customer service when neededAssists with nightly cleanup of area as requiredAll other duties as assignedKnowledge & Skills:Basic functional computer, printer, fax, postage machine and credit card processing machinesVerbally communicate with all levels of staffOther Responsibilities:Send out prescription forms, boxes and labelsRestock work area and general cleaningHelp where needed as directed by your supervisorFollow all safety rules and regulations.
