Finance Director – County Line Campers

Gulfport, MS | Full-Time | Leadership Role

County Line Campers is growing, and we're looking for a high-performance Finance Director to take ownership of our finance department and drive profitability, compliance, and customer experience to the next level.

This is not a desk job. This is a leadership seat for someone who knows how to structure deals, maximize backend, and build a disciplined, accountable process that produces results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Oversee all finance and insurance operations
• Structure deals and secure lender approvals across multiple credit tiers
• Maximize product penetration (service contracts, GAP, etc.)
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
• Train and support the sales team on deal structure and finance transitions
• Manage lender relationships and expand financing options
• Drive consistent improvement in PVR and finance penetration
• Maintain clean, accurate deal paperwork and funding timelines

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Director (RV or automotive preferred)
• Strong understanding of deal structuring, lender programs, and compliance
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Competitive mindset with a track record of hitting performance targets
• Ability to lead, train, and hold a team to a high standard
• Strong communication and closing skills
