A company is looking for an Interoperability Product Owner who will ensure compliance with interoperability mandates and legal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead oversight for compliance-related audits and initiatives regarding interoperability and HIPAA Transaction Code Set complianceCollaborate with internal teams to establish data sharing agreements and align interoperability needs with regulatory sourcesDrive alignment across business and IT teams on the build of FHIR endpoints and ensure data readiness to meet compliance timelinesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferredFive (5) years of experience in healthcare interoperability, compliance, or regulatory environment is requiredEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required educationStrong understanding of HIPAA regulations, interoperability mandates, and CMS guidelinesDeep knowledge of FHIR APIs and payer-to-payer exchange requirements
