A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reportingManage and maintain Oracle PBCS processes and systems, providing troubleshooting and user trainingAssist in preparing reports for the Board of Directors and senior management, highlighting financial performance and insightsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred5-7 years of experience in corporate FP&A or related finance rolesAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Oracle, PBCS, and SmartViewStrong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
