A company is looking for a Closing Manager to lead their remote closing department in private lending.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily operations of a remote closing department including scheduling and funding approvalsServe as the primary resource for daily file questions and escalations within the closing teamConduct legal reviews and manage a high-volume pipeline of 150-180 loans per monthRequired Qualifications2-3+ years of closing management experience, with at least 1 year managing remote staff3+ years of closing experience at a Private Money/Hard Money lenderExperience in private lending and knowledge of various loan productsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume pipelines under pressure
