Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter security-related incidents; Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access and loss prevention awareness, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines; Support retail operations during opening, closing, and peak traffic periods by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions, and communicating professionally with staff, customers, and/or emergency responders
