A company is looking for an Oracle OTM Solutions Analyst to provide technical support and customer service in the transportation industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional and technical support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), diagnosing and resolving customer issuesManage support tickets according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfactionCollaborate with customers on status calls and execute quarterly regression testing for system upgradesRequired QualificationsA 4-year degree from an accredited university is preferred, or equivalent education and transportation industry experienceExperience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) is preferredExperience with IT Support Ticketing systems is preferredSuperior analytic skills to deliver value to customersA self-starter who is flexible, highly motivated, and eager to learn
