Responsibilities:* Assists in training and evaluating of Stewards.* Ensures maintenance and proper care of equipment.* Ensures a safe, clean and sanitary work environment.* Adheres to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to ensure the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace.* Enforces department and property policies and procedures.* Will be asked by supervisors and chef to perform various kitchen duties based on business and operations.* Upholds the Mission Statement - We create authentic experiences that rock.* Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.* Lives by the Hard Rock values.* Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.* Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.Competencies:* Must be very detailed oriented.* Must project a professional and positive image.* High energy level.* Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.* Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
