Director of Manufacturing Engineering

We're partnering with an innovative advanced manufacturing organization seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead a high-performing team supporting prototype-to-production scale-up in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing engineering and production operations for a growing site
• Manage a team of 30+ engineers and technicians
• Drive facility and equipment commissioning, automation, and process development
• Oversee multiple high-priority projects while guiding transition from low-rate to full-rate production
• Support long-term scaling efforts to high-volume manufacturing

What We're Looking For:

• Director/VP-level manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven success scaling operations from prototype to production
• Background in highly regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, medical device, pharma, etc.)
• Expertise in automation, process engineering, safety/compliance, and equipment commissioning
• Experience managing complex engineering portfolios and cross-functional teams
• Ability to obtain security clearance
