Position Overview

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to support the External Communications team in creating high-quality visual, digital, and multimedia content. This role plays a key part in enhancing the agency's public communication, storytelling, and brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Create visually compelling, brand-aligned graphics for social media and digital platforms
• Develop professional design assets using Adobe Creative Suite

Content Coordination

• Plan and manage a proactive social media content calendar
• Support execution and distribution of digital communications

Web Maintenance

• Update and maintain website content using Drupal CMS
• Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of online content

Multimedia Production

• Capture photography and videography for on-site events
• Perform basic editing and optimization for digital platforms

Quality Control

• Apply typography, layout, and color theory principles
• Maintain consistent and professional visual branding

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or digital media
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in photography and videography with basic editing skills
• Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Drupal)
• Experience managing social media content calendars
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)

• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Airtable
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging public messaging
