About the Role

The Multimedia Designer will support the External Communications team by creating digital content, managing social media assets, maintaining web content, and producing multimedia materials aligned with agency branding.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media and digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage and maintain social media content calendar
• Perform website updates via CMS (Drupal preferred)
• Capture and edit photography and videography for events
• Ensure consistency using typography, layout, and color standards
• Support accessibility and quality control across digital assets

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in graphic design/digital media

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with photography and video editing
• CMS experience (Drupal or similar)
• Social media content planning experience
• Understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)

Preferred Skills

Experience in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
